Get ready to take your proposal game to the next level! We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you some new features and quality-of-life improvements to Propoze.

Currency Symbol Localization

  • Currency symbols are now localized in the builder, preview, and PDFs.
  • Localization is based on the currency used in the proposal and the company's country.

Discounts

Absolute and Percentage-Based Discounts

  • Users can now add an "additional" discount at the end of each proposal.
  • Discounts can be an absolute amount or a percentage based on the subtotal.

Acceptance Flow

New Acceptance Flow for Proposals

  • In addition to accepting or rejecting proposals, users can now suggest changes to the proposal owner via the app.
  • The proposal owner receives an email with suggestions from the client.

Proposal Settings

Dedicated Proposal Settings Page

  • Added a new page called "Proposal settings" where you can control:
    • Default currency
    • Default proposal response status (enabled/disabled)
    • Default service prices visibility (hidden/visible)

Onboarding

  • Feel free to now choose a default currency that will be applied to all new proposals.

Builder Options

  • You now have access to "Builder options" (gear icon) where you can:
    • Use access control (plus feature).
    • Set preferences, such as:
      • Hiding service prices and only displaying the total price to the client.
        • If service prices are hidden, the preview and PDF become a 1-column layout to reduce document width.
      • Enabling or disabling the acceptance flow for clients (plus feature).

Live Chat

Live Chat Integration

  • A live chat widget has been added
  • You can directly communicate with support using the chat feature.
  • A support center is also available for you — but you can always read our help articles on our website.
