How can proposal templates save your time?

In Propoze, you can "Duplicate as a template" every draft or published proposal. This feature allows you to create proposals faster and save time.

Duplicate as template

To start with, go to the "In progress" or "Published" proposals in your dashboard. Choose a proposal you would like to turn into a template and click on the "...".

You can see an option to "Duplicate as template", click on it, and your offer will duplicate in the "Templates" part of the dashboard. From there, you can edit, archive, delete, or duplicate it.

After you make a template of an existing proposal, its name got an extension - "Duplicate of:", but everything content-wise stayed the same.

Templates can be edited and kept as a draft for as long as you need them. If you want to publish it, the process is the same so make sure to save your changes, and then click on the "Publish" button.

After that, your proposal editor will get a new set of functions - copy link, unpublish, and preview the proposal.

Also, you can find the published proposal in the "Published" section, while the templated created from stays in the "Templates" section. This allows you to use one template as many times as you need it.
