Setting up your Propoze account

Let's start!

First things first, you need to create an account using your e-mail and password.

Once you click on Sign up button, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.

As a part of the account setup, you will have to fill out the information about your company.

Company name - this information is a required field and will be displayed as your account name too. In case you are an individual using Propoze, feel free to add your name instead.

Company logo image - although not required, we recommend you upload and use your company logo. You don't want your proposal to end up looking "faceless".

Next up, there is a part regarding your company's address information.

Address line 1, Country, City, and Postal code - this information is required and will display on the proposals.

Address line 2 and State - this information is optional, and you can enter them if needed.

At the end of this form is information regarding your Tax settings.

VAT ID - you can add your country's value tax. If added, this information will display on the published proposals.

VAT percentage- you can add your tax rate. This information will display in every new offer, and you can still edit value in the builder.

Tax settings information is not required, which means that:

• if your business is operating as tax-free you should leave the value "0" in the VAT percentage field
• if you are in the tax system, you should enter the value that refers to you, e.g. in Croatia tax is 25%.

After you fill out all the information, click on the "Save" button, and you are ready to use Propoze! Additionally, you can always edit this data in your account settings and be up to date.
